This policy explains what information Abundant collects when you use abundantcareer.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve written it in plain language.
Information we collect
- Email signups: your email address when you unlock a free tool.
- Account information: your email address and sign-in details when you create an account, including if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Contact form: the name, email, subject, and message you send us.
- Purchases: a record that you bought the Abundant Pet Care Business Vault and the email linked to your purchase.
- Work you save: information you choose to save to your account in certain tools.
- Basic usage information: pages visited and general browser information collected through website analytics.
How we use information
We use your information to provide access to free tools and purchased resources, run your account, respond to your messages, process purchases and refunds, send emails you signed up for, keep the website secure, and understand how the website is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.
Email communications
If you sign up with your email, you may receive emails from Abundant about our resources. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We may also send account emails, such as sign-in confirmations or password resets.
Freebie and email signup
To unlock a free tool, you enter your email address. It is stored privately and added to our email list. Joining that list is what opens the free tool.
Optional Business Checkup results email
The free Checkup does not require an email address. Guest answers stay in the current browser session; lifetime members may also save a private account copy. If you enter your own email address and explicitly consent to receiving your results, your current answers are sent to our server to prepare your personalized report. Previous Checkup history is not sent. We use Lovable’s managed email service to process your address and report for delivery, including delivery records and suppression handling. We do not create an additional saved answer record or add your address to MailerLite for this request, and this consent is not marketing consent. Existing email subscriptions are unchanged.
Your report includes your 30-day goal. Do not include sensitive personal or customer information. Email is not guaranteed to be confidential; your email provider may store the message. You can keep or delete it, and contact us about your data using the details below. Downloading and printing your results remain available without email consent.
Contact form information
Messages sent through our contact form are stored privately and used only to reply to you and handle your request.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies that are needed for the website to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering that you unlocked a free tool. We also use basic website analytics to count visits and page views. Some tool drafts may be kept in your browser on your device.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the website:
- Stripe processes payments.
- MailerLite manages our email list.
- Lovable’s managed email service sends requested Checkup reports and other app emails.
- Google provides optional sign-in, if you choose it.
- Our website hosting and database provider stores account and website data.
These providers handle information according to their own privacy policies.
Payment information
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of your purchase so we can give you access.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including restricting access to private data. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our resources, keep records of purchases, respond to you, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information, as described below.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Children’s privacy
Abundant is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
